Psychiatric Medication Management Online in NY, CO, & TN.

Real conversations, practical guidance, and care that makes sense.

If you’ve ever felt dismissed, rushed, or confused by past providers, you’re not alone.

Here, you’ll get care that works with you—not around you, and never over your head.

Too often, I hear from patients that their past experiences with psychiatric care felt impersonal: five-minute med checks, no real conversation, and little explanation of anything at all. If you’ve experienced this, you may have walked away unclear about what you were prescribed or wondering if anyone actually listened to what you said.

I do things differently. Here, you’ll have time to talk (and be heard), ask questions (and get answers that aren’t all jargon), and understand every step of your treatment (and actually start feeling better!).

I support pre-teens (10+), teens, & young adults who are struggling with…

  • Anxiety

  • Depression

  • Bipolar Disorder

  • Treatment-resistant conditions

  • Irritability

  • Panic attacks

  • Socialization issues

  • Difficulty functioning at work, school, or home

If it feels like you’ve tried everything else, let’s try something new together.

You’re not beyond help, and you’re not out of options.

I work with a lot of people who’ve tried medication after medication, gotten their hopes up, and been disappointed over and over again when they still don’t feel like themselves. If you’re feeling frustrated, exhausted, or worried you’ll never feel better, I get that—but I believe there’s still hope.

We’ll go through what you’ve tried, what worked (and what didn’t), and what’s still worth exploring. My goal is to make this process feel more manageable—like you’re the one calling the shots—and provide care that makes sense for you.

How I can help

Support that puts you in the driver’s seat.

In our work together, I see myself as a consultant, not a commander. My role is to explain your options clearly—how the medications work, why I’m recommending them, what the risks and benefits are—and then let you decide what feels right.

This is your body and your life, and I fully respect that. If you don’t want to try meds right away, that’s fine. If you’ve got questions or concerns, we’ll talk them through. There’s no pressure here.

I also never just hand you a prescription and send you on your way. Your first appointment will be a full hour long, because I want to hear your story and find out how you want to feel moving forward. Whether you’ve never taken meds before or have tried dozens with no success, I’ll meet you with patience, honesty, and without judgment.

Imagine a life where you…

  • Actually feel like yourself again.

You’re not waking up dreading the day, and the things that used to feel impossible start to feel doable again.

  • Understand your treatment and feel good about your choices.

You’re not just taking something because someone told you to. You know why it helps, and it feels right for you.

  • Know what to expect and what to do if something feels off.

Instead of guessing whether a med is working or not, you’ve got a clear plan and can reach out to me directly if you have any questions or concerns.

  • No longer wonder if you’re just “too hard to treat.”

You’ve finally found a treatment that works, and are relieved to know that you were never the problem.

  • Stop second-guessing every emotion.

You’re able to tell the difference between what’s real and what your anxiety or depression has been twisting out of proportion. You can take a deep breath and trust that it will pass.

Let’s figure out how you can feel better—for the long run.
