Mental Health Care for Pregnancy & Postpartum Online in NY, CO, & TN.

Because caring for yourself is caring for your baby.

It’s hard to feel like you when everything suddenly revolves around your baby.

…And when you’re not feeling all the things you’re “supposed to” about motherhood.

The baby is home, and now you’re not just overwhelmed, you’re confused why taking care of this little human feels more like going through the motions than love. You’re struggling just to make it through the day, and are wondering, “If it’s this hard when the baby sleeps all day, how bad will it be as they get older?”. And while everyone around you says this is supposed to be the happiest time of your life, it doesn’t feel that way.

Or maybe baby’s not even here yet, and you’re already worried about how this big life shift might affect your mental health. You might be on medication that’s worked for you in the past, but now that you’re pregnant, you’re having a hard time finding a provider who will adjust your treatment plan to something that’s safe for both of you.

These feelings are more common than people admit. The good news is, they’re treatable.

I support pregnant & postpartum people who are struggling with…

  • Postpartum depression or anxiety

  • Mood swings

  • Taking care of themselves and their babies

  • Getting medication adjusted while pregnant or breastfeeding

  • Daily activities and functioning

You don’t have to feel this way forever.

Asking for help doesn’t make you a bad mom—it makes you a good one who wants to feel better for both of you.

Getting care for yourself isn’t selfish, it’s essential so you can show up as the mom and the person you want to be. You deserve to feel stable, supported, and more like yourself again. Not just for your baby, but for you.

How I can help

Care that’s safe, judgment-free, & gets what you’re going through in this season.

You won’t hear any “shoulds” from me. I know this time can be beautiful and brutal all at once—and that postpartum mental health struggles aren’t something you can just push through. I offer guidance around safe medications for pregnancy and breastfeeding, and I’ll never recommend something without walking you through exactly why.

I keep up with the latest research to ensure we’re both up-to-date and informed, but most importantly, I listen. I won’t dismiss your thoughts or feelings, and I won’t pressure you to start meds right away if you’re not 100% comfortable.

Whether you’re exploring medication for the first time, adjusting something you’ve already been on, or just trying to understand what’s happening in your mind and body, I’ll meet you with clear information and consistent support.

Imagine a life where you…

  • Feel like yourself again and can care for your baby.

You have energy to get through the day, and the fog that made everything feel impossible starts to lift.

  • Can actually enjoy this fleeting moment in time.

You're not trapped in survival mode. You’re able to laugh, connect, and feel present in your own life.

  • Have real information, not just vague reassurance.

You know which medications are safe, what your options are, and why you’re being recommended them.

  • Trust yourself again.

You stop wondering if you're doing it all wrong and start feeling more sure of your choices as a mom, partner, and person.

  • Aren’t facing this alone anymore.

You’ve got someone in your corner who knows what this season is really like—and walks with you through it.

You both deserve a healthy start.

Questions?

FAQs

  • Yes, I do. Every situation is different, so we talk through the risks and benefits together. I’ll help you understand what’s safe, what’s not, and what makes the most sense for your body and your baby.

  • That’s something I hear more often than people realize. While I don’t offer in-depth therapy (which is what I recommend in these cases), I can help by referring you to a therapist I trust. If you’re not feeling how you thought you would after birth, that doesn’t mean something’s wrong with you. It just means you need support. And if therapy alone isn’t enough, we can explore medication options from there.

  • In many cases, yes. We’ll go over your options and talk about what’s safest. I’ll never push you into anything, but I’ll always give you the info you need to make a decision you’re comfortable with.

  • Yes. I hear that all the time, and I want you to know I don’t do that. I get how much impact these major life events can have, and I’m here to support you in any way you need as you navigate them.

  • It can be. Sometimes it shows up as sadness, but other times it’s irritability, anxiety, or feeling completely disconnected. Whatever you’re feeling, I take it seriously and help you find a path back to yourself.
